Shipping Information
Delivery Timeframes
- **Australia (Domestic): 2-5 business days
- **United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- **International Orders: 10-21 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and local postal services.
Shipping Rates
- **Australia (Domestic):**
- Standard Shipping: £5.00 (Free for orders over £75)
- Express Shipping: £12.00
- **United Kingdom:**
- Standard Shipping: £8.00 (Free for orders over £100)
- Express Shipping: £15.00
- **International Shipping:**
- Standard International: £15.00
- Express International: £25.00
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM WITA (Makassar Time) may be processed the following business day.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through our website or the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries due to local regulations.
Lost or Damaged Packages
CLASS - nom élevé is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will assist in filing claims with the shipping carrier if a package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at customer-support@classnomeleve.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
