At CLASS – Nom Élevé, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to accommodate returns under eligible conditions.
1. RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, your item must meet the following conditions:
• It must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at support@classnomeleve.store with the following details:
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with further instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note: CLASS – Nom Élevé does not maintain a public inventory facility for returns. As such, our return process is managed through our specialized logistics network, ensuring that returns are handled efficiently and securely. Specific return instructions will be provided upon approval of your request.

2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your package immediately and contact us at support@classnomeleve.store with the following:
• Photos of the item and packaging showing the issue
• Description of the defect or mistake
• Order details
We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on availability.
3. NON-RETURNABLE & EXCEPTIONS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products (e.g., monogrammed or special-order items)
• Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., beauty products, skincare)
• Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases)
• Final sale items and gift cards

4. EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and, once approved, place a new order for the desired product. This ensures quicker processing and availability.
5. EUROPEAN UNION – 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is being delivered to an address in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. The return eligibility criteria remain the same:
• The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

6. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved:
• A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
If you do not see your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact your bank or credit card provider before reaching out to us at support@classnomeleve.store.
